By placing an order with Book Formatter Pros, you receive a professionally formatted book interior including layout styling, margins, chapter headings, table of contents, copyright page, and export of both an ePub and a print-ready PDF file, as described on the homepage.
You agree to provide a finalized, fully proofread manuscript in Microsoft Word (.docx) format before submitting your order. Formatting is the final step. Your content should require no further editing, chapter reordering, or structural changes when you submit.
Standard turnaround for most projects is approximately 5 business days from receipt of your order and manuscript. Complex or highly illustrated books may require additional time. If that applies to your project, we will let you know after reviewing your files.
Each order includes up to two rounds of minor revisions, for example, small spacing fixes, formatting tweaks, or corrections to a missed element. Major content changes, chapter additions, or structural rewrites after formatting may require a new order. Requests to change the interior style after formatting has been completed will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.
We reserve the right to decline formatting of manuscripts that fall outside our supported categories, including coloring books, cookbooks, or books with complex image-heavy layouts that cannot be formatted with our tools. If your project is not supported, you will receive a full refund.
Once your formatted files have been delivered, you have 10 days to review them and notify us of any issues. If we do not hear from you within 10 days of delivery, your project will be considered accepted and complete. Revision requests or concerns submitted after this window may not be accommodated.
We format your book to current Amazon KDP and IngramSpark specifications at the time of your order. We cannot guarantee acceptance by any third-party publishing platform, as their technical requirements may change. If a platform rejects your file due to a spec change after delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Book Formatter Pros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our formatting service. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for your order.
