By placing an order with Book Formatter Pros, you agree to provide a finalized, proofread manuscript. The formatting process includes layout styling, spacing, headings, table of contents, copyright page, and export of ePub and print-ready PDF files as described on the homepage.
Standard turnaround time for most projects is approximately 5 business days. Very complex or highly illustrated books may require additional time; if that is the case, we will let you know after reviewing your project.
Each project includes up to two rounds of minor revisions for small spacing fixes, formatting adjustments, or a missed typo. Additional rounds or major content changes may require a new booking.
We reserve the right to refuse formatting of manuscripts that fall into unsupported categories (such as coloring books or cookbooks with complex, image-heavy designs).
