We collect only the information you provide when submitting an order — your name, email address, manuscript file, book details, and formatting preferences. This information is used solely to deliver your formatting service and communicate with you about your project.
Your information is used to complete your formatting order, send you your finished files, and follow up on any revision requests. We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we do not store or have access to your full payment card details. Order forms are processed through Netlify Forms.
Your manuscript file is used exclusively to complete your formatting order. We do not retain, distribute, publish, or share your manuscript content with anyone outside of the formatting process.
We use Tawk.to live chat on this site, which may collect session data and set cookies to enable the chat function. This may include your IP address, browser type, and chat history. See Tawk.to's privacy policy for full details.
Manuscript files and order information are retained for up to 90 days after project completion, then permanently deleted. If you would like your files deleted sooner, contact us and we will action it promptly.
