Because Book Formatter Pros provides a custom digital service, all sales are final once your order has been submitted and payment completed. We begin work on your manuscript promptly after payment is confirmed.
A full refund will be issued if Book Formatter Pros is unable to complete your project, or if we cannot deliver your formatted files within a reasonable timeframe and are unable to provide an acceptable resolution.
If you receive your files and something isn't right, your order includes two rounds of minor revisions at no extra charge. Please use these before requesting a refund — in most cases we can resolve any issue quickly. Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your formatted files.
If your manuscript falls outside our supported categories (such as coloring books or image-heavy cookbooks) and we are unable to format it, you will receive a full refund.
