First time working with a book formatter?
Here is what to know before you submit:
1.Your manuscript must be fully finished. Formatting is the very last step. Make sure your book is completely written, edited, and proofread before submitting. Changes after formatting may require restarting the process.
2.Send a .docx file. We format from Microsoft Word files. If you wrote in Google Docs, go to File, then Download, then Microsoft Word (.docx) before submitting.
3.Use the Formatting Notes field. If your book has any special layout needs such as poetry, verse, or unusual chapter structures, describe it in the notes field below. The more detail you provide, the smoother the process.
4.Two revision rounds are included. Once you receive your files, review them carefully. Minor tweaks and corrections are covered at no extra charge.
